    4:30 PM - Mat Pilates (on pause while Tatyana is on maternity leave)

    5:30 PM - Power Pilates (on pause while Tatyana is on maternity leave)

    6:45 PM - Yin & Sound Monthly Series (last Monday of the month)

  • 8:30 AM - Slow Flow Yoga

    12:00 PM - Pilates/TRX (on pause while Tatyana is on maternity leave)

    4:30 PM - Power Pilates (on pause while Tatyana is on maternity leave)

    5:30 PM - Dynamic Flow Yoga

    6:30 PM - Slow Flow Yoga

    5:30 PM - Pilates/TRX (format Power Pilates while Tatyana is on maternity leave)

    7:15 PM - GROOV3

  • 7:00 AM - Mat Pilates
